Thumbs up [solved] gator125 certificate issues

my site, which has a link to a paypal page, just started throwing up browser warnings about secure125.hostgator.com not having a recognized certificate.

hang on, i'm confused. the attachment above is for firefox, opera is throwing up an error that makes it look like paypal. examining the certificate gives me this:

You are using the public SSL on the server? And when are you getting this error... when you leave the page or come to it. When you are browsing your page do you see the padlock icon?

i get (got, rather, i unpublished the "offending" module) the error popup when i browsed to the page using either Firefox or Opera. Safari didn't seem to notice.

i'm not explicitly using SSL in any way -- i've got a joomla wrapper module that loads a php page with a form for a paypal donation.

...

well, i just republished the module and the error is gone. whosever certificate it was causing the problem, looks like it got resolved.
