Hello,
gator124 will be coming down 06/18 at 22:00 CDT for a RAM swap. We do apologize for the frustrations and inconveniences. The ETA for this procedure is 20 - 30 minutes. We will update this thread accordingly once we have more information. As always, we thank you for your patience during this time

Unfortunately the issue appears to be with the chassis rather than the RAM. Our datacenter is proceeding with a chassis swap as soon as possible. Thank you for your continued patience.
