gator1173 : Emergency Maintenance
We have brought gator 1173 down for emergency maintenance. I apologize for any inconvenience this causes but it is necessary to ensure the continued functionality of the server. We do not have an ETA for this work yet but we will update this forum post with more information as it becomes available. Thank you for your patience.

We have rebooted this server and placed it in maintenance mod while we continue working. We still do not have an ETA for the completion of this work but will update you when more information is available.

Upon restarting the server had to undergo a filesystem check. This process is approximately 50% complete at this time. Thank you for your patience.

Unfortunately the fsck has had to restart due to file system issues detected in the first pass so we do not have an estimated time to completion at the moment. We will continue posting updates as they become available.

We currently have no ETA as to when this FSCK will be completed. At this time we are diligently working on this and will update this forum post as soon as we have additional information.

We are moving this server to a new chassis in order to deal with the hardware failure that is responsible for the outage that occurred on this server. In order to complete this process as quickly as possible we have placed this server in maintenance mode. We do not have a precise ETA on this procedure but are moving things along as quickly as possible.
We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause and greatly appreciate your patience. |

The hardware swap was completed earlier, however we are copying some data over the the new hardware still. We will provide an update as soon as everything has been completed.
