Hello team,

I am very sorry for the delayed information regarding the status of gator1143. We wanted to gather as much information as we could in order to provide the most accurate update possible.

There was a catastrophic hardware failure on the 18th in which we lost two hard drives on the same stripe. We were successful in importing the drives back into the controller and we are currently restoring the data to another server.

However, due to the degraded state of the array, the server is regularly crashing since the drives are bad which has been greatly impeding the process. We are having to force the drives back online manually over and over in order to continue the data sync and thus far are roughly 2/3rds of the way complete. At this time we have seen no data loss.

As the data recovery progresses we will keep you updated on what is occurring and should any content be lost we will contact the effected clients via email.

Thank you for your ongoing patience during this time. We are working diligently to restores servers to this server ASAP.
