Gator1104: Scheduled Chassis Swap

Gator1104 will be coming offline at 22:00 CDT 06/23 for an emergency chassis swap.

The expected downtime window for this action is approximately 45 minutes, though actual downtime is generally it is much less.

We will update this thread once this is complete.

We are now in the final stages of preparation for this chassis swap. Unfortunately we do not currently have an estimate for when this will occur but we will update this thread with further information as it becomes available. Thank you for your patience.

This will be happening in about 10 minutes, at 2:30 CST. The estimated downtime is around 45 minutes or so, however in most situations it's much less than this. We will be updating this thread once the process completes or as updates occur.

This completed a few minutes ago without issue.

There were a few complications with certain databases on the server during the chassis transfer that showed up afterwards. This would have caused database connectivity issues when accessing a few of the databases on the server. This should be resolved now, but if you find you have any database (or other) issues related to this please let us know via a support ticket, our live chat or phone.
