You should submit a ticket or contact live support immediately if you see it down. Wouldn't you want other people on the shared server to do that as well?

What I was looking for was to see what the load is, the amount of HD space used, etc.

You can get that information if you are a reseller in WHM. Not usually on the shared servers in cPanel.

It is strange - from workplace I can access everything, but from home nothing. It seems like firewall ban, but why?? I am discussing this with support and will let you know.. I could change my home IP (dynamic), but I want to know what's problem, so I won't change.

Server Status page is on cpanel, but when I don't have access to server at all I can't connect to cpanel too. But as I said, server is not offline (at least not now), problem is something else.
