I am sometimes amazed at the patience portrayed by the techno's in here. I have got several domains hosted here and normally never have a problem but one or three issues have been cropping up on one site recently from database errors, to slow loading, to unable to change passwords etc. The latter is a new one and is ticketed. My site had its database probs fixed but site has gone slow since, not yet ticketed, was waiting to see if it clears. But today, my ftp loader and cpanel have been acting up, so wait patiently.
Overall though, with the experience of time, I have to give the gator people 10/10 consiodering the amount of sites they oversee.

Hi Josh, database errors in the main and ticketed.

In the past 24 hours Hostgator and the lads have done a terrific amount of work for me in technical support and I can do no less that give them 100%. Moving to HG was the second best thing I did in my life (the other was getting married!!) and I am really pleased to add my written support, again, to such a magnificent team of lads.
My techno knowledge is not great but I get by and the lads talk me through everything. I particularly like the live chat option which I use in the event of an urgent response. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED I have 11 domains here, so understandably I get confooosed sometimes!! Incidently, the fault they have been working on was not of their doing, it was third party interference.
