Can't access my site, can't access my email, hopefully their upgrading the server.

edit -- Look at that as soon as I post it comes back up. That's the best support yet!

edit 2 -- No databases and since all my sites are database dependant I have empty web pages. Hopefully that will be restored. The bright light in this is when I checked cpanel my stats stated my disk space available is unlimited! Yay!!

edit 3 -- Looks like everything is back in order (mail, database, files) except for how much bandwidth has been used. With the increase in bandwidth limits I don't think I'll ever have to worry about that.

I've had this problem too.
I've only been online since Monday, yesterday my forums were down for a few hours, now this today.
I need reassurance that this is not a regular feature, can support please let me know what's going on.

I've been here over two years and this is not a regular feature.

I think this is just part of them upgrading all the plans.
