I`ve been unable to connect to my domain (www.carpfishinguk.net) on gator69 since around 5am this morning (currently 8pm)

Pings and tracerts are timing out

I have a ticket id:#QUD-361808

Support don`t seem to think theres a problem, when there obviously is

you see that there is something wrong...

Looks like this might be the problem

ERROR: One or more of the nameservers listed at the parent servers are not listed as NS records at your nameservers. The problem NS records are:

The problem is that whois info of carpfishinguk.net says that nameservers for that domain are:

If you are in a shared account ask HG stuff to fix that.

Page also loaded fine for me, but yeah do as quietFinn said.
Shared Account: Ask HG to update the DNS records and set the correct nameservers for your site.
Reseller Account: Log into your WHM and edit the DNS zone for your domain and set the two NS records to be the proper HG nameservers.
