Is there any status on this. My client just signed up for this hosting today and their site will not stay up. When will this be resolved?

We have had to block some A class networks from this server due to heavy flood on port 80. The sites on the server should be working now.

This is very frustrating since we just signed up for this account early yesterday and we have yet to been able to use our website.

Is there any news or updates re: server 215 yet? I am still having problems.
The server status from within cpanel is still showing red lights for pop, fptd, httpd and exim. Hope this is resolved soon. It's not the best first impression for a new customer. |

It was working for a while but its down again for me.
I find the lack of communication to be a real let down. Especially for a new customer. |

Have an active ticket. Chat tells me to create a ticket. ...Just fix the problem. When a lot of people are having the same problem there's no reason to overload the ticketing system. |

I've an active ticket too. Not much cop. Just got told it looked OK when they viewed it. Now getting same problem in other areas of site.
And true, live chat just says create a ticket: no help there. As a new customer and this being my first venture into trying to get a site going, I have to say I am far from impressed. 5 days since I signed up and 4 days down time. |

I'm still having issues and getting different responses from tech support each time I talk to them about it.
I am getting VERY annoyed with this. |

I have also problems now. Situation on my sites is very unstable. Sometimes they are OK, sometimes they are down. It is not normal. We pay for service
and I think that this service is not good. I went to hostgator from free server hosting, because they started to add popups once a 30 min on pages, and for my businnes it was not good to annoy my customer with popups. I paid for one year hosting, and now are my pages, half time down. And I am very angry now. Hello HG, what is new with this problem. Please give us some response.
