The site promotion area is to promote sites hosted by HostGator (HG). The site you listed does not appear to be hosted by HG.

It's kind of understood. The forums are for HostGator customers and the description for the area says it is to "promote your site(s)."

You have to be a HostGator customer to be able to view and post in this forum, that by its very nature should tell you this forum is for HostGator customers to post the web sites that they have hosted on HostGator servers.
