When will full VPS be launched?

Hi, I've been on a shared plan for a while, and desperately need to upgrade to VPS - two questions:

1. When (roughly) could this be launched fully - I missed the soft launch

2. If i upgrade to VPS, is the number of emails I can send per hour restricted in ANY way (major complaint with shared servers).

3. I want CPanel and Fantastico installed - will this be possible when VPS is fully launched?

LvL 3 VPS Plans come with Cpanel which would Include Fantastico. LvL 1&2 only include Virtuozo.

You set your own limitations on your VPS box, so if you want unlimited emails per hour you can do that.

It will be possible on a VPS, but HG will have to confirm pricing.

Level 3 and higher can have cpanel added for an extra fee. Fantastico may be included but no pricing has been shown publicly yet.
