your main ftp account works, but all others dont. Trying to solve this cpanel bug. It's only affecting our main server which you are on. Good news is we did fix that quota bug that cpanel itself was clueless on. We plan on reinstalling ftp on the server today and hopefully that will fix it.

FTPD was corrupted on that server. We reinstalled it the other day all has been working.
