Ftp Issue (must ask here..still waiting for activation)

hi..
i have a baby croc plan.
i made a ftp account...that only has acces to one folder in my public_html

but i don'd know the log in data for smartftp...

if i have www.mysite.com

and a directory in public_html called myfolder

i have a ftp account with username user ---with access only to myfolder

and password pass

..what should i put here..??

know it sounds stupid..but i can't do it xDDD
