FTP connection problems (Jetta)

Not sure whether to send a ticket or not, generally by the time I have written one up and got a reply the problem is usually sorted.

Last few days I`ve been getting intermittent ftp connection problems, usually a timing out problem...

421 Login Timeout (300 seconds): closing control connection.
Can't establish connection --> maritimesweather.com:21 @ Mon Jan 31 12:28:23 2005 (122-2)

Thankfully none of my clients have complained about this, but they have about the other Jetta problems. I might add, the recent problems do appear to have settled in recent days.

Can someone look into this? While nothing major, it is frustrating not being able to ftp my site(s) whenever I need to. I just have to keep trying every ten minutes or so, hoping I can get a connection!

my clients have complained ......... several times about the ftp loosing connect.

a few of the servers were running proftpd we have switched it to pureftpd which is more reliable. If you still have problems let us know

please inform me of when it will be switched to the '''more reliable''' so i can inform my clients of any down time.
