Default Ftp access

I need ftp hosting where I can set FTP access permissions for my clients. I wish to allow them to read and upload files, but disallow deleting or overwriting files.

Is it possible with Baby hosting package?

There is no controls that you can deny an FTP account from deleting or overwriting files on a shared account.

Are you sure about that?

I swear that I seen a option for stuff like this before, maybe file permissions?
