FTP access on new accounts

Hi,

I have dedicated server and I have one "easy" question. How do I access clients accounts by ftp (Filezilla) even though domain's name servers haven't propagated yet?

I know that this is solution for web access: http://youriphere/~yourusernamehere/

But for ftp?

Thanks for your help..Beside that Im Hostgazor client for more than 2 years, and Im satisfied customer..

You would put the information in like this:

IP or Hostname: http://youriphere

Username: Client Username

Password: Client Password

(In FTP you can either use www.domainhere.com or the ip itself)
