frustrating weekend [resolved]

Had trouble with my old host last week so decided to sign up with hostgator as a reseller last Tuesday.
Bought the domain at the same time to make things smoother and waited for the private name servers to be sorted and the dns to propogate.
Contacted support yesterday (Sat) still no dns propogation, got a return email today (Sun) saying
"Your domain is currently pointing at the wrong name servers. You will want to contact your registrar and point the domains name servers"

Support have told me the name servers ns413.websitewelcome.com
ns414.websitewelcome.com

the problem is, because the domain name www.aabuula.org came with the reseller package I have know way of changing from the ones they are already pointing at
ns1\ns2.hostgator.com

as it was set up by hostgator

Got up this morning to find it all sorted, shame the support at my old host isn't this good
