For most sites like this I either create a spam e-mail address such as "spam@domainname.com" or enter my favorite bogus e-mail address of "not@aol.com". I don't like to take the risk of getting on mailing lists.

On a side note thanks to that site I found out I do not seem to be listed on big or yahoo at all. Very odd.
