Is Web Hosting easy, what are the basics of Web Hosting - Several times I have found
myself in the situation of having to explain someone what web hosting is. As it turned
out, certain people instantly got http://www.thehosting-review.com

Wesley, are you ever going to tire of policing that link? Hint Hint filter the term and/or visit their site and determine which HG affiliate is behind the spam?

At the very least their affiliate account should be canceled. Then to inform the other hosts of their spamming tactics and see how they are handled.
