Alright I am having an issue with forwarding a subdomain to a specific IP. This IP is running a gaming server to I do not need it to forward to http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx. What, I need it to do is just forward server.myhost.com to xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx IP. I have tried the subdomain redirect in the CP and that has not worked for me. I have also tried manually altering the .htaccess file in the subdomain directory, but to no avail. If any of you have a way to accomplis this, please let me know. This has had me stumped for quite some time now and I don't know what to do. Thanks!

Yes, I know it works for http redirects, but I do not want a http redirect. I want a subdomain redirect to just an IP not via the http protocol.

You won't be able to do that with CPanel. You need to goto who ever you registered your domain with and set it up from there.
