I'm still in the "potential customer" category, but I've got one suggestion right up front. Let the forums breathe! More and more users have widescreen monitors. Restricting the forum display to 760 pixels wide is a bit of a relic. It's like trying to participate while looking through a diffraction grating!

We're working on a small redesign of our site that will be wider. When that launches the forums will be resized as well

Excellent. Even if you don't want to let it float to the full window width, these days, a default 1000px width is safe. My own Google Analytics stats tell me that almost every 800x600 monitor out there has now self-destructed, from sheer age (fewer than 1% over the past year). Thankfully.
