Maybe promote the forums a bit more. Maybe add a link in the top bar where it says
Services/Shared Hosting/Resellers/Dedicated Servers/Support/Order Now/Affiliates.

I have already read the entire forums! I want some more people to chat and to give tech help to. I know you guys host more than how many people are posting here. And while I am on that subject..how many do you host? It has to be within the hundreds...

I have to agree, you should promote the forums more. Have a main link to the forums when you enter the site or something becuase I know I like to read customer experiences before I sign into a agreement of hosting and you guys have nothing but good reviews
