Forum Permissions

Hi folks!

Love the forum and the Hosting. Flawless in it's setup and moving of the files from my old host.

I have a couple of questions about the forum. Where can I read the FAQ? I've noticed that I don't have permission to post or reply in some areas and I can't create a profile for my account. Here is the message I get.

belder, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

I understand that I'm new. (Embryo Gator or some classification like that. LOL) I'll enjoy reading and learning anyway.
