Forum Link In Main Menu

Seems to me it'd make perfect sense for Hostgator to put a link directly to this forum in the top menu just below the Gator and Live Chat link.

Many times seen subjects about 'this was posted in the forums a while back'. Seen many customers saying 'i didn't know about the forum' (i used to be one until I decided to explore HG's website).

If the forum is so important which it obviously is, make it more prominent instead of just 'support' category link.

I completely agree...There has been so many times when I wanted to access the forum but couldn't find the link to it...It doesn't matter to me know though cos' I have it saved in my favourites...

Meanwhile, for people who visit the forum fairly often--if it's within the timeframe your browser keeps addresses for quick access (usually 7 to 10 days, though if you wipe out private data, it probably goes too), just type "f" in the address bar--then choose forums.hostgator.com.
