You don't need to be a paying member to see the member forums? Is this correct? Because whilst I'm logged out I can view all of the forums, unless this is intended.

I agree, and would turn this thread into the suggestion, that an HG forum admin should change the headline in forum index which says, "Public", since they are all available for public reading now.

With all the backlinks to HG I don't think making the forums private will hurt SEO that much.
