Forum Access??

Would someone from HostGator please tell me how customers (Swamp Croc) gain access to the forums? I've been a HostGator customer since Saturday. Are new customers required to wait several days before they can begin posting?

This pre-sales forum is the only one I can post to. I filled out something from Sales that requested UserID & password info, etc but that appears to have gotten lost. Please ask Sales to check.
