Forum Access [resolved]
To get full access to HG forums? Ive filled oout the form, sent email to support, chatted with 6 different techs on chat who all assured me it would be "an hour or two". It is now 71 hours. Im wondering if it takes this long to simply edit permissions in VB to give access to more than the sales/presales forums, whats it going to be like when Im hosting a reseller account here and I have a problem? This is a reflection on HG support and right now, Im not too happy with it. i do have an open mind, though, and I am willing to forgive and forget but something needs to be done pretty fast.
