I'm using FlashChat on a reseller account, integrated with e107 CMS. I did post this on the FC support forum, but thought I'd check here since they keep saying the problem is shared hosting. My users get booted randomly. I've told them to make sure they clear cache and upgrade their Flash Player. I sort of doubt this is a shared hosting problem since it's random users, not everyone in the chat.

Is anyone else using FlashChat here? Same problem? I'm open to trying a different chatroom program, if there are any suggestions.
