Flash Templates, how to get to sub pages?

Hi Everyone,

I am not the most savvy at Web design and I am just looking at getting a somewhat cool body shop website page going for my business.

I currently downloaded a template in both flash and non flash. I really like the benefits of the flash version since I still have an actual seo friendly toolbar at the bottom of the page.

Now my issue is that the flash links on top don't work or link anywhere? Keep in mine I've only added the services subpage to test it index-1.html but even with that, it doesn't seem to be working.

What did i do wrong?

I can get the non flash version to work well but its not as cool as this one.

Suggest not bothering with flash. Do you have the appropriate software to edit the flash templates?
