Fixing email option in ModernBill
I haven't tried this on hostgator yet but I did on seohosting. I sent an email 2 times from the modernbill control panel and it was never received.
So that needs to be looked at for seohosting and possibly hostgator since it doesnt assign a ticket number and never makes it into the system. Thanks

Please open a support ticket with either SEO Support or HostGator support, and provide the exact steps you took. This will help us in troubleshooting the issue and determining if it is a modernbill issue or something else.
