First impressions of HG

Hi,

I am a new client to HostGator and we are on a shared hosting plan. When transferring, we had a few problems transferring the database. One chat to the support team and it was done within hours. We then had to have a backup restored, once again done within a few hours. The team on the support desk are extremely helpful and very polite. One most memorable chat was with Rory S. He was very polite and also friendly to talk to. He was also honest and didn't try something as he said it never works for him, something that to me, is a plus.

HostGator has provided me, so far, with amazing service and I thank all of you for what you do for HG so we (the customers) can get the best hosting experience.

I have used several hosts before and none have been as good as HostGator.
