Finally - A Web Host that Works!

Initially I expressed some dissatisfaction with customer service. I also stated at the time I would come back here to post my experience with the hosting in order to be fair. Well, I am here and I intend to stay here. I came over from gisol.com, which I think is the WORST hosting company on the planet. (I am not even sure they ARE on this planet since I have never spoken to a person there!) The customer service issues I had were part my fault and part hostgator's. But that is in the past, WAS reconciled and since then I have had NO problems with their hosting. I have yet to see my site down or to find my email not working. With gisol.com this was becoming a weekly occurrance. So, hats off to hostgator. I am happy to say I have finally found a reliable hosting company. Incidentally, I have FOUR Web sites so reliability is extremely important to me.
