Default File Hosting/Uploading Website

Hello, I own a file hosting/uploading website (up2share.com) and it was recently deleted. I re-read the ToS and realized it was against the ToS.

I would have preferred to be notified before it was removed so that I could backup my files.

Anyways, I'm moving to a different hosting because of this whole incident. File hosting/uploading sites should be aloud as long as they are closely monitored (like rapidshare). My site had nothing on it that could possibly harm anything. All it had was a bunch of small .swf files and .png files.

....for breaching the ToS which you didn't read.

I'm sure HG would have preferred if you read the ToS prior to signing up and not bothered. And why didn't you have a backup? That's not HG's responsibility.

HG was closely monitoring. That's why you got shut down.

That's irrelevant.
