Post few serious Suggestions

Hello,

I have been reading all reviews, my sites are hosted on apollohosting servers , and the support is excellent.I got to know that they have Outsourced their support to Hyderabad (INDIA).

Trust me guys, support from india is great. I have a suggestion to make to HostGator they should seriousely look for support in india

So you're not even a HG customer, but you want them to oursource to india?

Do work for Hyderabad or something?

"Mathew James" certainly does sound like a fake anglo name which Indian (and similar) technical support is known to hide behind.

I highly doubt HG will do that, everyone is happy how the Support is now.

IMO, focusing on this OP's possible/probable nationality distracts from the real problems with the original post:
  • the OP is neither an HG customer nor, apparently, interested in becoming one
  • has no experience with HG support, so any suggestions about changing it is spurious
  • only the lack of specifics keeps it from being spam

Those make the suggestion offensive enough no matter where the OP is from, so it would be unfortunate if any criticism of it could be interpreted as ethnic slurs--even if none were intended.
