A Few Questions

I had posted here many moons ago but some things have changed and I'm looking for a new provider yet again.

Things that I see here that I like are:
Actual responses from Host Gator support.
People praising Host Gator.
Multiple ways to contact support.

My sites are:
I have 15 websites.
All are database driven.
12 of them are Joomla! Powered.
1 is a E commerce site with roughly 5-10k hits a month.
2 are misc scripts.

My questions are:
Will the baby or business plan work for me?
Will having 15 sites under one account accessing DBs and processing requests cause a problem?
Does anyone have any decent trafficked sites hosted here, with an Alexa ranking under 500k as examples?
Is IONCube installed on the servers?
Is PHP4 and or PHP5 possible?

My current hosting company:
I have never had any problems with CPU usage or ect.
My sites are a few out of 489 hosted at the same IP.
I'm using less than 5gb HDD space.
I'm using an average of 6gb bandwidth a month. (more during summer)


Reasons for wanting to leave:
Response tickets are fast but always pointless. "try now" is about all I ever gets.
Last 3 weeks they have moved my sites 3 times with out telling me, which resulted in 3 different copies of sites I've been working on.

do you own your 15 sites? or they are for clients?

If they are for clients then you have to get RESELLER account, as it is forbidden to sell hosting with a baby account.

the pro of reseller is that each domain may have its own Cpanel & its own resources for the site to use. typically you won't have problems with the site, unless the get too crowded.
