Hello! I've been looking at Host Gator the last few days, as my host has gone downhill in the last few months. I've heard nothing but good things about you guys.
![]() I have a few questions, though, that I'd like to ask. My current server was down a few minutes ago. My host's site was also down (which generally doesn't happen, as my site is on a different server then theirs). They have support tickets on their server, so since it is down, I have no way of reaching them. 1. Would I have this problem here? Are your support tickets on the same server as your site? 2. Do you allow chat scripts on your servers? Nothing major, never very busy. 3. I'm sure this is a yes, but are busy forums okay? 4. Are there any scripts you do not allow? 5. Do you have a page that lists downtime/uptime stats? My current host has been up and down all month. A few months ago, we were down more then up. I think that's all my questions for now! Thanks. I'm sorry if it's covered elsewhere and I missed it... I promise I've been all over the site recently, I just have a horrible memory. :roll:
