a few newb questions please

Hi...I need to know a few things, id appreciate any help you all can give me

1) how do I link my foums to my main website? (I want a link to forums on my home page)

2) how can I get more templates and such for my website (im using hostgators build) I want different styles and colors then whats offered.

I want to be able to uplaod custom graphics, pics, whatever

yes, I am using site studio, but theres only pre made templates, and I dont know what program etc to design my own. I am rather new to this.

For insance, how can I add a hyperlink to my homepage to my forums? If I move my forums folder to the root directory...will that automatically create it? I tried finding a way to add a link to the splash page but couldnt.

Look through the information on this page.

It tells you how to add a link using the Rich Editor. I do not use SiteStudio; I am not sure if that will work on the Splash Page.

well atm im not using the splash page anyway because i dont want those few types it offeres. i jsut used a generic page for it instead. I looked therough the docs...but i didnt see how to do what i ned with sitebuilder and its splash pages. ill try again though, thanks....

sorry, I cant edit my posts. I dont see any "rich text edit link" on the edit tab

What else can I use instead of sitebuilder?

i don't know anything about sitebuilder, but if you decide you want to build your pages with a different program, i use sitespinner, and it works great for me.
