And I honestly have no complaints.
I've been around in hosting. I've been to about five different hosts. The first one crashed and I lost everything. The second one was doing wonderfully, but closed for some reason. The third had incredibly terrible support, I don't even want to rant about that now. A few others here and there, and now I find myself with HostGator. One of the best hosts I've ever been with. I've never had billing issues, my downtime is minimal at most, the support I've gotten has always been top notch and very fast, and I've really had no problems whatsoever. Billing issues, it's easy for me to pay, never had a problem at all. Login, PayPal it, log out. It only seems wonderful to me because other hosts have given me so many issues it was more a headache then anything. I've rarely ever had downtime, and when there was, I was able to hop into live chat and get an explanation or help within seconds. I've never waited more then a minute to find some support in there. My site runs fast, I like my plan statistics, and I'm happy with that. Support is great, honestly. I use the live chat most of the time, it's always quick, and they always have a fix for me. I'm always in and out in about five minutes. I've used the support email as well, and I've always gotten fast responses, generally within fifteen minutes or less. Overall, I'm happy. I get good support, uptime, and ease of use, I couldn't really ask for much more. Keep it up. |
