Ferrari off..support won't answer me
I was on with live support and for two hours they wouldn't answer me. Then I started a new session, and they won't answer my questions. Pretty shabby customer service. AT LEAST tell me why my sites are all down and how long it will be, at the VERY least.
Yet again, hostgator service leaves lots to be desired....
