Fed up and frustrated

Over 7 hours ago I saw that my site was down. http://hiphoprnbsoul.com

I spent one hour and 45 minutes on my cell phone eating up my minutes with tech support, mostly on hold and still do not know why. I was told it would be resolved hours ago, and still no resolution.
I did nothing on my end to cause the mysql errors but suspect it may have been due to an error on support's part in response to the issues below.

Before that I received an email from abuse regarding going over the 200 limit for email. Not only did I reply back letting them know that some of the emails are being sent from someone else using my domain, but I don't know if my site is suspended or not. I'd sent a Happy New Year mailing to update my 600 subscribers.

In addition, a subdomain blog for my secondary site is missing. It's just gone, poof, and the few responses I get have not even told me why!

I am a new customer , just transferred from a horrible host 2 weeks ago and I am actually considering going back to them!

When I get someone on the phone they are not answering my questions. I was on hold for so long I had to hang up. They keep saying it's being handled (but won't tell me what "it" is).

I am frustrated and losing traffic at what is one of the busiest times of year for my site. If I can at least get an explanation and an estimate as to what to expect that would be acceptable. I'm fed up!

24 hours and later and none of the issues have been resolved. Support keeps telling me everything is fine. I've seen the same thing on 5 different computers and 2 cellphones. Same mysql errors:

And my blog hasn't even been restored!

Thankfully my old account at my old host is still open. I will have to re-upload all of the new content I added over the past week because of this but I'm transferring back today. I can't believe after all the good things I read about Hostgator that this has happened. I made a mistake getting an account here.

we can get the login on the (joomla) administartor folder on your site, not sure if your issue has been resolved

Those are not MySQL errors, it's saying clearly that in file /home/oshun55/public_html/components/com_jomcomment/main.jomcomment.php
it's trying to open the file /home/oshun55/public_html/administrator/components/com_jomcomment/config.jomcomment.php and fails.
At 1st you should check that that file exists, and that it has the correct rights.

and if I go to http://hiphoprnbsoul.com/administrator/ it opens the Joomla login screen.

I just got an email saying my site had been suspended because of the holiday mailing. This after 24 hours where support kept telling me nothing was wrong and it wasn't suspended. Now it's up and running again.

The issue with the blog has yet to be resolved but I'm hoping it will be re-transferred today.

I do not want to find another host but it's disturbing to get conflicting messages from support for such an extended period of time so early in the game.
