We're having a terrible time transfering our .co.za domains over to our reseller account. The error (from www.co.za) is that they need a reverse lookup or something before www.co.za will update the dns without errors.
Can we get anyone at HG to help us - not as yet, we seem to be going around in cirlces! HG support needs us to repeat everything, they seem to be able to answer only one question at a time, don't seem to read the emails properly and if the issue goes back and forth they seem to lose the plot. This issue has been going on for a few weeks now and this is not the first thing that we've had hassles with. After being so excited about finding them a few months ago I am now running out of steam, patience and time. BTW: I would really really like it we could become a happy reseller client. I have .co.za on hold waiting for you " Can you please give me a domain name as an example what i can check."
