Feature Control in CPanel

Quick question on the feature control aspect of CPanel.

I don't want my clients having access to all the bells and whistles. However, if I disable a feature or two, do I still have access to that feature through the CPanel link on the WHM account list (or by some other method?)

Obviously, I want to have access to everything, even if I want to limit access by my clients to only those things they can make good use of.
