Favicon Question

(I had no idea where to put this, so move it if needed.)

Okay, I love using favicons. I don't have any problem with them when I use my address or my subdomains, but my addon domain will not let it show. I haven't been able to get it to work in Firefox or IE, though it does show up if I type in the subdomain address.

These all work:

makou.net
the.makou.net
images.makou.net
shameinnothing.makou.net

But when I just go to:

shameinnothing.com

It will not save into the favorites bar. (This occurs anyway-with or without the .makou afterwards-when it gets to the forums section; the icon stops saving then as well.)

Maybe I'm missing something, but I've tried just about everything I can think of to get it to work. I know it's not that important, but I would still like to understand why it's doing this.

That's strange. :P It doesn't work when I use any of the computers over here.
