Fatal error: Class 'openSRS_base' not found

I asked this on the WHMCS forum but no joy as yet. I am getting the following error upon order completion.

Fatal error: Class 'openSRS_base' not found in /home/eternity/public_html/account/modules/registrars/opensrs/opensrs.php on line 0

All other parts of the order complete; cpanel account created, whmcs user account created. But after clicking the "Complete Order" button it ends up throwing a blank page but with $display_errors=true I get the error message I pasted above. Please help

Btw, this is all using the openSRS test server and API key.
