Fastest Support Ever!
I just had to post that I submitted a ticket and I got a reply and it was completed 2 minutes from when I sent the e-mail! That is the fastest support response I have ever gotten anywhere. In addition, all of my other support tickets in the past have been addressed satisfactorily within about an hour.

Two minute resolution time will be hard for us to beat, but it certainly does happen every now and then.

It is pretty consistent too. I just got an answer to another support question in 4 minutes. Of course they were fairly simple questions but still.
