Fastest Support Ever!

I just had to post that I submitted a ticket and I got a reply and it was completed 2 minutes from when I sent the e-mail! That is the fastest support response I have ever gotten anywhere. In addition, all of my other support tickets in the past have been addressed satisfactorily within about an hour.
