Fantastico Issues

Many customers are having issues of being able to go to their Fantastico section of Cpanel because the software relies on the author's website being online. Netenberg.com is currently down so Fantastico will be unavailable for clients.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused and expect them to have their site online soon.

So if I don't have Fantastico on any of my control panels, I have a different issue?

Yes, just email support@hostgator.com with the domains (unless it is all of them) and we will have that fixed quickly.
