Fantastic Service

I have a dedicated server with Host Gator. I have been approached by other companies offering the server at less money, but I will not change.

The service I have recieved from their support has been fantastic. Originally I was not to sure about support tickets, but everytime I send one they get back to me right away.

I recently had a major e-mail problem. One of the admins Josh Lo took on the task and did not let up until the problem was resolved. Kuddos to him again!!

Just a follow up, the problem came back again, but Josh was quick to respond and hopefully found the problem. His supervisor Josh Banks also did a fantastic job. Many thanks again!!
