Well done HostGator!

I have been with you several weeks now. I transferred my site manually so I knew exactly where I was. As soon as it came online I noticed the server was ultra fast, and it still is. My site no longer has any downtime because it is in your reliable hands. As soon as you recieved payment we got FTP access (it cant have been more than 5 minutes) and my site was back up and working by the following morning.

What's more, I was very very impressed with the server upgrade which happened just days after the account was set up. Totally unexpected but such a relief to know I would never hit my bandwidth limit.

My site used to crawl when it had a good number of people online, now it stays quite fast and stable. I never have any database crashes! So far uptime of the HG server has been 100%!

Support is excellent, all of my queries and problems, although very minor and unimportant, were resolved within hours. My most recent support inquiry was solved within four minutes!

I know how hard it is to be a good web host - but one thing is for sure - you truly do eat up the competition! I will recommend you to anyone who asks me where to host their site!
