You can just install the newest Joomla on your own. It's pretty simple. I just did about 5 minutes ago and the step-by-step guide makes sure that you can't go wrong.

Thats goo but being as when i log into cpanel it say FANTASTICO IS DISABLED ITS NOT MUCH HELP .. hostgator what the heck is going on?

Any idea when Fantastico De Luxe is updated to Fantastico De Luxe 2.10.4 r13

As mentioned above: It's already available through netenberg.com
In this update Joomla 1.0 as well as 1.5 will be available.

For Joomla! users this is a major update. Please make it available in cPanel as soon as possible. Could HostGator indicate when this will be done ?
